Feel like being a positive force for change in the world but not sure where to start? Join this Global Healing Meditation every SUNDAY at either 8:11 am, 11:11 am or 5:11 pm PST. I joined this online community in 2015 and it feels WONDERFUL to blend focus and intention for global love and healing with hundreds to thousands across the PLANET (which is why it happens at 3 different times). You can do your own personal meditation or listen to mine at one of those times (for beginners below). Any amount of time will suffice, but 15 minutes is a good minimum so you can effectively get calm and drop in, juicing up your intentions.

Live in Abundance...like now
I'm so in love with this video. All of it. Especially this explanation of how to experience the abundance we want: "....by caring so much about the way you feel [ie the great feeling of having abundance], that you guide your thoughts apart from the reality..."..."look in the direction of where you want to be, and speak in the direction of where you want to be, and never again look over your shoulder about where you have come from."

Pitching my vision for a "Love Campaign" July 2013
Feeling this inner pull to shift away from fear / anger based advocacy, I see how our intentions are determining the outcome of our actions. I realize that the only Truth - Love - is what's real. It's missing from a lot of peoples life experiences, which is why they cause harm for others (both realized and otherwise).

Right before the Presidential election in 2012, I felt the urge to communicate how we are the answer to our issues - not some elected official (or lover, or family member, or doctor - no one).
My "vegan" question to then senator Barack Obama, Aug 2008
He was campaigning in Florida for the democratic nomination, and set up a town hall event to discuss the economy. I attended wearing my Vegan Outreach t-shirt, hoping the cameras would scan the crowd, catching a glimpse of my shirt, and whammo - free advertisement for the word "vegan". Little did I know I would actually have a microphone, able to pitch the issue in real time!
